Why I Do What I Do:
From a young age, I have been interested in personal finance. I was fascinated by the incredible power of compound interest. A few months before I graduated from college, I met with a Financial Advisor who gave me an investment proposal. It sounded great, but I had no idea if it was right for me. I reached out to my parents for advice and ultimately decided to pass on the investment. I then began reading everything I could get my hands on related to investing and making wise financial decisions. I took this knowledge and shared it with my sailors who were also just starting their careers. I witnessed how life changing this information could be and wanted to help as many people as I could.
